In providing a wealth of extra-curricular opportunities, we enable our students to explore their passions, achieve their potential and shine.
We offer students the opportunity to explore a range of roles within the creative industries, to foster their interest in future careers within the Performing Arts.
Confidence
We encourage active participation, verbal contribution and involvement across the performing arts. We enable students to have confidence in their own knowledge and understanding, to apply skills in a progressive five-year curriculum.
A supportive environment is created, where students feel safe to take risks, explore their potential and develop as confident learners.
We follow the three principles of Dance: Performing, Choreography and Appreciation. Each of these strands are underpinned in each lesson and scheme of work. Students are assessed in each component and regularly share their work with their peers.
