OUR CURRICULUM

P.E.

General information/ introduction - As a department we aim to inspire our students to flourish in both sport and dance through knowledge, good ethics, skills and the confidence to ‘give things a go'.

We believe that PE has so much to offer; promoting healthy lifestyles, creating social opportunities and developing a deeper knowledge about the world of sport and dance, to name but a few. We deliver a vast range of sports and dances at the school to give our students as many positive experiences as possible. We believe that competition is very beneficial for our students and we enter them into as many competitions as possible, including some newer competitions such as dodgeball and cheerleading.

The students here  are privileged to have a new state of the art, floodlit astro-turf here at the school. In addition to the two outside hard courts and indoor sports hall.
