Administrator Reprographics

To commence as soon as possible- Closing Date 15th January 2018


NJC Grade 3 Full time salary  £15,375 to £16,491  

(£13,207 - £14,166 actual full time salary pro rata)


Temporary - Term Time only (39 weeks per year) 25 hours per week

Working pattern to be agreed within the range: Mon to Thurs 8.30 to 4.30, Fri 8.30 to 4.00


The Governors of Ruskin Community High School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Administrator with creative flair in reprographics to support our busy School office.

The role is critical to the smooth running of the school and provides a high quality administration and reprographics service to staff and students. The role involves

  • Providing a full reprographic service for the School.  This includes large print runs and designing and updating large notice boards around the School.
  • Answering queries from students and staff.
  • Handling a variety of tasks quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner.
  • Coordinating administration for school activities.

The post is ideally suited to applicants who:

  • Are reliable, proactive and enjoy a broad range of tasks.
  • Have a creative flair in creating displays and producing digital materials.
  • Have sound experience in IT and administration skills to deliver reprographic
  • Are happy to provide emergency First Aid cover and ensure all accidents are correctly reported.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Have a methodical and well organised approach to work, ensuring tight deadlines are met
